big changes in management, several people have left. the rest of us are updating our resumes
“I have determined that we cannot jump start the domestic economy if Americans are forced to compete against an artificially enlarged labor pool caused by the introduction of foreign workers,” Trump said in the draft. “I have determined that the entry of most aliens as permanent or temporary workers in the immediate term would have adverse impacts on the national interest.”
Technology industry workers living in the U.S. on H-1B visas, however, would need to provide updated certifications to the government that they are not displacing American workers.

I work here, I am not a millennial, yet many who work here are and most very sharp. I have 208 years in the industry and really enjoy working here. Yea there are problems, challenges but what company does not have them. They are owned by Cisco but run as a separate business and you get the benefits of a big company. Its a fast pace environment which reminds me of many startups I have been at, and a fun place to work at. Yes the Kitchen is a plus. Everyone is happy, this is the Greatest company in the entire universe. I am not part of management.
I was there as a presales engineer and half the org left. The other half is looking to leave in next 6-12 months. Same with our sales counterparts and Product.
Cisco has been known to post reqs without funding for the job.
