I called customer service & a woman in another county answered. I couldn’t understand her & it took over 60 minutes to be transferred to an American!

Off shore answering is horrendous....I'm closing my Citi accounts.
soo funny, heads up, if you come to Tampa FL, take a trip to JP morgan Chase Campus, Technology Hub, it is like going to an Indian city, with the bonus of cheap labor.
they have perfected the way to repace Americand Jobs in US soil.
Many of them live together in Apartments paid by the bank.

Citi has been using offshore call centers for years...this is not new. Citi is a global bank with employees all over the world.
Offshore call centers are horrible and should not be used
