It’s not enough to save the company from a BK. Nobody wants to fly until there is a Coronavirus vaccine which is 18 to 24 months away. You also need to sell the public on flying on 737 max again. Good luck.

Boeing is playing puppet to what they are just hearing from congress. The halts are only til the end of 2020. That’s a only a lil over 6 months of not getting their multi million dollar paychecks & bonuses. Like it or not guys, Boeing is America’s biggest exporter. The government will give them a bailout of some sort. Most of the time its also to hold stakes in the company like the GM deal. Too many jobs are at stake throughout the chain line. What remains to be seen is how much the bailout will be, and how Boeing recovers. Layoffs are still on the table even with the bailout, so don’t hold your breath! Nothing is garanteed! This is just to save the company from chapter 11! Alot of restructuring will be done when all this passes IE relocation, reduction in employees, non union, ect ect...

Not enough. The entirety of the executive management and board need to be replaced before a single taxpayer bailout dollar is given to Boeing.
