I’m a GSR8 with Ford for ~5 yrs, got an attractive promotional offer from FCA,?I know at Ford even if I wait 20 yrs it will be a miracle to get to LL6 , plus who knows if the gamble the 2 Js are playing is worth it or not... on the other hand FCA has its own issues.... should I make the move?

I suggest getting out of Automotive entirely if you can.
