Are layoffs decided by pay? Just found out that my peer makes $10k more than me and does less. How can HR let this happen?
Also, what will the bank do for the people risking their lives in the branches after this is over? $200 extra a week in hazard pay, is nothing compared to what certain people are making who do not a damn thing.

There is no need for any branch to be open with online banking and atm....omg already!!!!!! Does it always have to be profits over people. Young or old, this virus is not to be taken lightly but obviously no one cares. Just make sure they meet their numbers!
