It amazes me how this company cares nothing about the safety of its employees. Why are we still going in customer's homes with no protective gear? Customers are to be aske questions that are supposed to be reported on the ticket, but this isnt the flu. People dont show symptoms for up to 14 days. We should not be going inside of homes or any business. Repair service to the outside. We all have families to keep safe.

Remember weeks before the coronavirus, we were all worried about the bankruptcy, and what will happen with our jobs/wages? This is the same company that wants us to put our health at risk, and when its all said and done, we will be still facing the same question, what is going to happen with our jobs/wages.

And, perhaps it was an understatement. But I’ve put my time in when it comes to dealing with customers in the outside world of telecommunications. PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING

If they’re referred to as such, then their opinion isn’t worth noting here. Perhaps he/she should talk about what they know.... a key board. Those that deal with ALL of the c-ap outside deserve a little more credit. That is not to say there aren’t a few lazy asses.
My coach said that techs will look for any excuse in the world not to do their jobs. This Chinese virus ain’t that bad.
Apparently you’ve never been in some of the “homes” that are out there beyond your basement.
You have a better chance of getting k–led in a car accident in your company owned vehicle than you do of catching Chinese Corona Virus during an install and dying from it.
