So, I've heard it touted a hundred times "we believe in pay for performance, that's what makes us so competitive and allows us to keep the best talent. You perform at a high level, you get rewarded and the compensation comes with it...etc." So now that "We Are Oxy! (Yay!)", and they clearly don't share the same sentiment, I wonder if they're ready for people to "Play" 5-30% less so the level is commensurate with the "Pay". Side note, truly empathize with our L-Oxy team members and Contract office personnel who are getting the brunt of this as we "take aggressive steps to preserve the health of our company eye roll..."

LAPC pay will be reduced by an additional 25% in August to be in line with LOXY.
