Terminated on LTD trying to return with accommodations today

My manager terminated me by phone today.
She was really nice & said boxes would come.
I had an accident 8/31/19 & wanted to return with accommodations for my deficits. I emailed my manager asking for accommodations to return & never got any action. They didn’t make any efforts to help nor set anything up. They never even installed my business internet line when I had to move in December 2019.
I told her I still wanted to work with accommodations & asked if it was because I stutter now. I also get headaches looking at screens for awhile & forget things. I told her I was bored & lonely. She just said the company decided.
I told her I don’t blame her because I’m probably slower & would adversely affect the teams metrics. Members might get mad at me stuttering.
Geez.... I could’ve done something productive.
I don’t think they’re even giving me any severance pay🥺
I worked there as RN in CM from home 10 years out of Kingston for Empire.
I’m confused & don’t know what to do.

File a lawsuit with EEOC! Department of Labor Law, write a congressional complaint! They made accommodations for a previous Manager I know!

File with EEOC. Disabilities are protected and yes an employment lawyer too. I feel your pain. I was let go after 18 yrs myself. An army is rising of those wounded by this place

Search Yelp for a good employment lawyer. They do free consultations. Tell them the facts along with dates and see if there's any laws in your state that protect you. You might be able to file a complaint or for the dept. of employment to conduct an investigation against UHG. The lawyer will tell you what your options are. Good luck and I hope that things work out for you.

Contact a labor attorney and bring them to the court where they have zero, zilch, nada, control...
