So messed up! I received a Severance package on the 14th and another package on the 19th. The package received on the 19th was $3798.00 less than the package I received on the 14th. I'm pondering who would be the best one to call to discuss the changes. Unbelievable at all levels.

Your severance is not paid out in a lump sum. You will get it paid out weekly or biweekly however you were paid. Call HR and discuss your concerns.
Your bank may not honor the check. Might become a RDA. (Returned Deposited Item). Company accounts are empty. Hertz is broker than a fat 70 year old h–ker in Las Vegas. Careful not to write checks on it for your ramen noodles, grape Kool-aid, and cheap hot dogs until your sure it clears the bank.
The severance payment is broken up into separate payments.
