Choice hotels in the last three years has had some of the best years in its history. The Choice hotels executives will tell you that it’s all because of their people. Yet when things get hard this is what they do. They start laying people off. They got $250 million let’s see what they do for their franchisees? Choice likes to talk about culture but the reality is when things get tough your job is in jeopardy. Choice does not own any of theIr properties. They’ve got investments in some of their Cambria hotels. Hopefully they’ll do the right thing for the franchisees but I kind of doubt it
