Unless you are a craftsperson who remembers FTXs, coachings, or whatever the heck they renamed it to now. There are entirely too many managers crawling around bailey yard. They didn't see any problem when 46 electricians were cut from the yard, they just push harder. More with less. Well, the shoe is on the other foot, so to speak. As far as I am concerned, the crafts people should band together and work harder to ensure the management team is reduced to a reasonable number. Hell, we will be watching our brothers and sisters get kicked to the curb again once Omaha decides to furlough again. Remember the past, they will sh– on you the next chance they get to try to get another bonus or promotion.

Hell you know these managers will work harder, some of them have a hard on for this c-ap. Gives them a sense of power since they have non at home.
