The Taylor family did a horrible job of saving people’s careers they are worth billions. Countless employees who spent their youths working for the company are gone in a blink of an eye. The company will still earn a profit, the Taylor family will still generate millions this year. I am a branch manager who spent years of my life working for a company that threw me away like trash.

Worked for this company for more years than I want to say. The upper management in Group 23 is a joke. They all earn over 800k, but are unwilling to pay an MT or even a BM a decent wage in one of the most expensive areas in the country. Enterprise mottos once was “if we take care of our customer and employees profits will come.” Now all of its former employees are now on strike by leaving, 50% retention rate, decreased pay, no commission and every employee that has left will no longer RENT or REFER Enterprise, but they WILL REMEMBER how they were treated!!

Most if not all offices are reopen in group 23, employees are leaving the company for better opportunities, many long term executives are transferring to more stable sectors of the economy. No former members of management little to none reapplied very telling. Massive hiring campaign for entry level management position. Enterprise also acquired a large rental company in Canada. Enterprise was a one stop shop hit branch manager spend 8/9 years working 12 hour shifts, it’s true values were to take advantage of low income college students fill them up with false hope and pin them against each other, nothing more nothing less, promote one race awhile emphasizing women in the workforce, they got one thing right we need more moms with high level positions in corporate America. Pretty funny to watch people being fired packing up their stuff at the same time pervious furloughed employees were unpacking their stuff. Can you imagine how it must feel to see people coming back as you were being let go, and HR is telling you it’s because of COVID-19. Imagine if you got let go because business was slowing down, and two months later the company began a mass hiring campaign. Group 23 has a culture of male, white privilege dominance fueled by alcoholism sadly I have benefited greatly from this culture

Between 10,000-20,000 Enterprise employees have been laid off world wide and it continues to grow. wildfires are scorching across California sales are down no growth. Group 23 continues to promote, and hire new employees, why not bring back former employees who spent years with the company? many positions are being realigned to new departments daily rental manages now are apart of commute, ride share extra. Managers let go in May were replaced by who ever those in command picked to make the firing squad. Information sector was hit hard countless managers 15+ years let go.
There was another wave of layoffs in July, more long time employees let go who were made to believe their careers were safe.
Promotions throughout Group 23, “draining of the swamp” individuals are being replaced by existing employees ( BM fired long time AM promoted, fire AM promote long time MT) long time referring to 3/4 years. The idea of growth is based on “let’s get back to last years numbers” it was never about the matrix, Our new branch managers today will be replaced within the next year, similar to the replacement players when sporting leagues are dealing with a strike. Many came to realize their Careers were based upon a perfect picture that never existed.

Enterprise has begun to reopen positions within the company, MT and Car Prep job listings have been posted online within the last 22 hours throughout the Bay Area, Group 23. Three RVPS left in group 23 Patrick Dauphin, Mike Diorio, Scott Bowman, bye bye Kelly Hunt, Most locations are closed. They label them open on google because they wanted to appear fully functional per corporate. The protest across America will delay ERACS ability to bounce back. We are still not fully open and the virus continues to spread considering Enterprise Holdings generated 25 billion dollars last year it’s not looking good for the company at all in the next two years.
Received the new realignment plan for group 23 Enterprise is using furloughs as a way to stockpile for the summer if business does not pick up by June there will be another waive of layoffs. Tiffany Stewart corporate recruiter has been terminated, many high level executives jumped ship for service express. High level management were tipped weeks maybe a month before layoffs began. Enterprise is losing an extreme amount of money many departments are on the brink of collapse commute/ride share/remarking/car sales, majority of the money Enterprise Holding makes is from reselling their rental vehicles, we are predicting a 15+ billion dollar loss this fiscal year. Enterprise got rid of salary and commission based positions firing management to bring back MTs at cheap hourly wages, in addition by firing management Enterprise was able to take back their profit shares whereas most MTs don’t qualify for the yearly bonus.

Im on the east coast and im a part timer at enterprise and ive been told that im still gonna have a job though ive been furloughed since march. What are the odds of me actually getting laid off cuz i get the feeling more measures/cuts are coming. I got a zero hours email extended until june 30th but with the uncertainty going on and the all the revenue lost if they were to tell me to come back in june what are the odds of me getting laid off due to the fact that im part time

I was a casualty of the furlough leading to a layoff. I worked my butt off for this company and feel they acted wayyyy too fast to letting go of highly trained employees! Many of us would have worked a reduced schedule, or for less money just to keep our jobs. They let go of talent they invested time and money in!!!!! They kept their favorites on payroll and threw the rest of us out with the carwash water.
Yep Enterprise Holdings is trash only took two months of slow business before terminating employees with 10 years of battling everyday! SO MUCH FOR COMPANY VALUES

The videos posted by Chrissy Taylor were trash they did not go beyond the call of duty to ensure their employees were aware of the situation and their job security pretty pathetic to see the former VP Mike Diorio demoted to RVP the guy should have lost his job, Kevin Bass the GM of group 23 is clown, let’s start placing faces and names on these bums.
