When do you expect to go back to regular work?

B2B sales, BAU. However it is more difficult to do demo of OT with customers that don’t understand how to login virtually. Also, more difficult to sell as customers are trying to survive or on a pending status . The micromanage have stepped up but still amazed how smooth the transition went. I would suspect moving forward maybe a 40-60 model for home and office .
In B2B sales - Never stopped “regular work.” Amazed how the company put 115K to work at home and continued to give me all the support I need.

Do you think that they are going to keep call center people at home and never send them back?
July 1st
I’m a call center employee currently working from home and our center had 800 employees that were moved home. Second monitors are being shipped to us at our homes and web cams are coming after that, so I find it hard to believe they would spend all that money on shipping equipment that we are only going to use for 30 days if we are going back to the center June 1st. I also heard there wasn’t going to be a rush back to the call center for fear of a second wave of the virus and just having to turn around and send everyone home again since we supposedly spent $10 million across the enterprise getting peeps moved home.
June 1st for Call Centers. Look for desks to be adjusted, with liberal expansion of WFH.
May 4th for some. All by June 1st. Most likely on reduced hours for a bit
Hard to call. Some stores will open back up in beginning of may. Nowhere what ppl think. Some states on lockdown till middle of June so I’d say July but I don’t think back to full hours. I say 10-7
May the 4th majority will open with limited staff. June 1 full staff.
