I'm not stressing out over these people. I will be just as productive as I have before, which is to say, meeting the minimum expectations, because they do not reward people that work harder, giving out pathetic 10 cent an hour raises. If they don't like it they can lay me off and I will get severance and unemployment that will now pay me more than my actual wages at CHC.

In a meeting today with chc... productivity was stressed several times ... all while explaining... that they know everyone is stressed and that we are all dealing with new normals... Our issues with Covid 19 was clearly not a not a real concern... be prepared and be agile... new changed are coming...

That is not a company wide issue, it may be isolated to your own department only. I do not experience this in my dept.
