I remember one of the biggest differentiators Extreme Networks professed was excellent service provided by trained, certified, (most) USA based engineers that offered 1st call resolution in the majority of cases. That was a big part of how Extreme Networks competed against the other large switch and WiFi Manufacturers and their outsourced support. Yet here we are. What differentiates Extreme now in a commodity space?

Massive layoffs will occur at the end of this quarter. Beware of the collapse of Extreme Networks, if you work here I’d be very afraid, especially older management.

Yes, but i expect much smaller numbers.
They are trying to re-org teams and shuffle people around. Not a bad idea per se, but let's see the results.
