You come to work and have 6 call outs in 2 departments and the gm walks in whats your plan idk you tell me I'm only 1 person your not going to work me into the ground.

While I hold nothing against the associates working on the front end calling out (they are right up close to members).....fresh associates all calling out can go ahead and eff themselves.
At my club the managers are fighting amongst themselves because of call outs. The managers are doing stuff they know is wrong and claiming home office approved of it.
If our "co workers" would stop taking advantage of the no points policy we have right now, we wouldn't be so stressed out.
That’s sad. They put people in charge with no game plan and clueless on what to do. The moral is awful and they want us to do 15 things at once. Nope!! You ain’t burning me to the ground. Because at the end of the year my 2% will have the same effect on my income.
