Dream on. There are thousands who will replace us for less money just to get in the the industry.
Any good possibilities? I feel like it's better to unite efforts towards several people messaging one union rather than several people separately going to different ones. The one posted earlier seems more suited to teachers and doctors.

There have been writers and editors at MTV and Nickelodeon who have unionized in the last few years, so it can be done. CBS is more union than Viacom and I know management is scared that it will spread because they know it will mean having to pay people better.

Would that not be the exact reason to unionize? Plus you really think they have enough people left to fire? We hold all the cards and have all of the power if we come together in numbers. Can we stop with the multiple threads about unionizing? Lets stop pretending that employers dont just firebomb people with layoffs/firings who even THINK about forming a union. Companies want that sh– kept far far away, regardless of what the law says
