No offense intel but there is no way I will return to work in person during this pandemic. Not worth the risk and No task or intel person will change that. Anyone else going in person?

It is so unsafe. After spending a week protesting nut to butt, I dont want to go to work and be around others not standing 6' apart.
Intel will be cause of virus outbreak
What are you worried about? More people died from the flu and heart disease. S— it up and go to work. If you don’t want to, there are plenty of other folks willing to have your job.
You want more money or you want life with money just file unemployment benefit Intel give you those without working
Ditto I do not trust Intel when it comes to safety
This post may not be about Oregon, and if it is it is still warranted with over 40 OSHA complaints for Intel OR including some still open.
This one is tricky ..... Intel is not setup to have proper social distances if all employees return to work. If everyone returns there may be a virus flair up.
If big wigs want people to continue to working like "only the paranoid survive" WFH should not end. It is the nagging people and the BS meetings and managers dragging us down.
I don't spend 12 hours at a time in the grocery store. Do you?
Are you in a hard hit area or something? The rates of infection, hospitalization and deaths are so incredibly low in Oregon that it's ridiculous to make such statements.
Maybe worse in other places?
We know managers are always looking for people who are next to go when HR asks for a list. That stance could easily be described as not being a team player. I am not saying your health is less important than your job, but good luck with that decision.
Lots of news about disregarding safety and looks like open state investigations, stay safe out there
Your risk increases the longer you stay indoors and your proximity to people nearby.
Going to the grocery is lower risk because you spend less time grocery shopping vs 8-9 hours a day in an enclosed office space with people in cubicles all around you.
I am staying in Lake Tahoe, asking, cross country
Best employer yet, pay is low but per hour not baf
That’s tricky, and if someone got infected, then others can keep working from home
You may be protected by the national labor relations act for not having to return to an unsafe workplace?
We were specifically told not to come in
It's funny how the beaches look so crowded but you hear a lot of folks unwilling to take the risk for work.
Consider yourself lucky enough to be able to stay home
Has anyone asked you too?
If you are going to the supermarket for food then going to work shouldn't be an issue.
