When the foundation was laid, there were dynamic, even somewhat charismatic leaders in top management. They pushed their agenda for the company with an energy not seen in typical people. Me included. Agree with them or not, they had a personal presence. Now we have spineless yes-men trying to wrangle with issues that are bigger than they are. The last dynamic and honorable leader we had just retired. MB is nothing more than a cabin boy. "Fetch my slippers, wimp." And now, these people get rid of the trudging backscatter that was keeping their fingers in the holes in the dike. Unbelievable.
