Don’t call us Heroes, Increase Payroll

Because of unrealistic hours, the pandemic caused a sh– show in stores in March. It was unsafe and scary. Two employees taking on hundreds of customers. The best way to prepare for another surge in the future is to increase payroll now, and not let the algorithms in my Schedule continue to cut hours based on current foot traffic. There needs to be a more stable budget week to week for safety purposes. This pandemic has shown how much financial resource the company has been hiding away.

It seems like the higher ups calling us heroes only makes them feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but just makes frontline workers and in store management more cynical.

Stop cutting our hours, we are the one's doing GD work. They just sit in a frickin office thinking of ways to make our lives much more difficult with yet another update that will slow the pharmacy computer down and piss even more customers off.

And sticking us with a AWFUL store manager who bursts her way into the pharmacy when we are busy with customers asking why we can't answer the phone, we only have 2 hands and are understaffed, and the hateful witch took our mats... 😠😠😠😠

Bonuses are based on the full year. Do you see how slow it is now? Nobodys getting a bonus for this year. Two big sales weeks don't make up for 10 bad ones
