Why are RLS employees working at SCX while hundreds of SCX employees are furloughed?? Why are they not collecting unemployment regardless of reason like everyone else while waiting to transfer to JLS ? I get the RLS guys have been s**t on and mean no disrespect to them but if "any" work is to be done at SCX shouldn't fourloughed SCX be called before this? You union reps must have no self respect and sure show what respect you have for your bothers/sisters you worked beside for years. Once again I guess you are fixing a problem for the carrier that they created themselves..

I Seem one guy let go at SCX because he didn't want to go to Fort Wayne Indiana. Who can blame him? I seem him go back to Lynchburg VA. He seem happy to leave!. We had a drunk dope smoker come back from Dars and that's why he had to leave. Seem stupid to me!
Has anyone seem management get furloughed?The dream for the Railroads would be too get rid of the hourly and replace with salary,tons of hourly people on the street no salary people gone we just gained more supervision here after furloughing hourly,the writing is on the wall

SCX just inherited 87 Locomotives from Linwood. Talking out of your a– makes you look dumb! SCX is not going anywhere. Flattening the Hump, and more trains will be rolling through SCX!
SCX don't worry your next. Most of RLS is giving up their railroad ties other than the few pompous asses that think they make a difference.
Engine line is going to scx to be shipped to JLS just where you're heading if you still want to work for NS. Wishful thinking though. Bet you believe in ole st. Nick too!

Wason Jeeks, thats halarious. This company doesn't give a c-ap about any employee or gonna give you a choice between shops, so spill your bs elsewhere. You honestly shouldn't have option to transfer to JLS over their fourloughed guys just because they are a heavy repair shop and absorbing RLS work. SCX is not a heavy repair shop nor set up for it , supervisors are scared to even shop a locomotive that needs small repair due to in shop #'s so what is "your work" here ?? I feel for you JLS guys thats gonna have to put up with some of these types soon.

WHAT about the hundreds of JLS guys that are furloughed and we're going up there. I'm just glad they're gonna let us dovetail to SCX instead if we choose to instead of JLS
