Usually this is a sign of attrition, which leads to layoffs if the attrition isn’t enough in dollars. I believe the previous posts more will be coming.

More like cancelled state side and opened up over seas. I keep seeing more reqs opening for the phillipines.
Yes, usually cancelling reqs is an early sign of attrition. I had some of mine canceled last year sometime, and they laid people off a month later.
