when did you get notified to go back to work my store is opening 5/18 and no news at all from anyone.

@3sdd+14SWCmKQ, no there are not "pay cuts for all"..all of us who returned to work last week have our same salaries as before. Stop staring people. Someone will get called back to work and decline because they read this and think they won't make their same salary or hourly rate.... 👎👎
I called a store in Salem New Hampshire which lifted the ban today.They were only opened for curbside pickup and the store was not open for customers.The Massachusetts Governor is lifting the ban on 5/18 with different levels of retail allowed to open in four phases but hasn’t identified what type of businesses will open for phase one.Unfortunately store staffing levels will be dramatically cut operating hours will be abbreviated and pay cuts for all.
Our visual was called back. He had to put up all the distancing signs and the other collateral that came in that has to be put up.
We brought back less than 40% staff. One sales manager, visual Manager, AST Supervisor, sales supervisors, several 8030 colleagues, couple of the fulfillment people, and about 12 Full time sales associates, and a few part time and flex selling too.

Did everyone get called back? If not, who wasn't? Like departments and/or positions?

They called us the Thursday before they opened and gave us an hour to respond you can turn down phase 1 if you turn down phase 2 you resign
they should at least let us know the lack of communication is ridiculous.
Is it possible your store is only opening for curb-side pick-up and you won't be needed at this time?
I work in visual and assume I won't be one of the first to go back to my store.

I received a e-mail stating they were calling people back. A week a week later I got one that they finished the call backs. I didn't get called back.
