I just happened to be watching ABC TV when I saw a commercial starting from our Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade...and then a shot from the vacant street because of our closings of our businesses...and then they showed clips of the ringing of bells and pots and pans that were sounded in service to our first-responer'...and that is how Macy's will respond to this crisis...I love my job...but I can't fathom this is how we should react

The message is .....This is what America is about
We celebrate our beginnings and we pull together when things get tough and celebrate those that are keeping the sick alive
Like the many wars, pandemics and 911 ...America will rise once again, stronger then ever
