Opened/opening stores - question about Part - timers

I was wondering if any of the part-timers have been hired back? I have a hunch that the majority of PT will be laid-off because of restrictions on store hours (11-7). Any insight is greatly appreciated.

We have only FT, but just called a Flex.,,they'll have to work FT hrs, tho. We have 1 sales mgr, 1 sales sup, and 1 retail selling floor lead back.

What are the executive teams looking like? Somebody said on a previous post only 1 sales manager, 1 sales supervisor, 1 AST, and no leads.

No one comes in right now until at least 8am for support functions. Sales come in mostly at 1045am. We have FT, PT, and Flex sales and support all working. The PR who were only nights and weekends are working weekend shifts and that helps free up the FT's to work the weekdays. 11a-7pm is temporary until business gets back to normal eventually. I don't foresee layoffs for now.

Most stores shifts are starting at 8a-5p for support. Sales colleagues aren't coming in until 10:45a. In my store, it is mostly full time but i know of a couple part timers that were called and refused to come in the first wave.

None. With only 1 shift a day, only FT have been invited back.

I think it depends on what fulfillment will look like at your store. Alot of 8030 colleagues start shifts at 6 AM and assuming fulfillment is going to be a focus in most locations moving forward, they'll probably have PT fulfillment shifts that start at that time too.
