It was the new tractor ceo that wanted to move everyone out of the city to the Jacx building in queens. The move would have taken all of the merchants out of manhattan farther away from the many vendors and some of our support functions. When he thankfully left the company the senior leaders decided people were best kept in Manhattan. I am thankful senior managment stepped in and are keeping us in Manhattan

Doesn’t say much. Just Macy’s is looking to sub lease about 40% of new space in Long Island
