Have you seen the Wiki page for Fiserv? Maybe it’s a blend error between FD and Fiservs pages but Yabuki’s name isn’t in the key people section. And it lists the owner as KKR. WTF?!?!

I know it’s not like a real person, but it must bruise Jeff’s ego a little to get fired. Or maybe they just eliminated his position

KKR is the largest institutional stock holder. Frank B. is the largest individual shareholder. JPMorgan Chase, I believe, holds the most debt.
It's a public company so what that means is that KKR owns the most or highest percentage of stock.
