Board compensation overwhelmingly approved. This company is dead within a decade.

Its relative to the question - "furlough during crisis". Many states are opening up again....the crisis is in decline. So, the apex of the crisis has been seen (per AIG logic) and furloughs, layoffs, etc. can continue.

Call was short. Asked about furlough during crisis and BD said no. But maybe that word was intentional because it’s not the same as lay-off. Kinda vague on near term actions.

Given BD is starting to look his age maybe put him to pasture? Funny how AIG pays its leaders so well and its consultants but as for its employees, the consistent message is "we are RIFFING you". And they wonder why younger employees turnover rate is so high. They see how unhappy the older workers are and don't want to turn out like them.
