What do you get when management has no idea how to do the functions of the ones beneath them?

Original poster: Answer.... a Frontier First level supervisor
Infrastructure is rotted out, records are in the toilet, and to boot Frontier has not kept up with everyone else on technology. remember copper is the future...according to them in when they took over from Verizon
3 CEOs in less than 10 years? Overpaid and under competent staff? Even if they knew how to do the functions, the service outages are rampant and the quality is sub-par so it doesnt make a difference at this point.
