Thread regarding CVS layoffs

CVS Cares

CVS hasn’t cared in years. Now we are being punished for a pandemic that had zero to do with us. We will never get a bonus as SM’s and forget about giving your hourly employees raises as they failed to over sell a carepass during all this. Don’t you dare give an employee a high performance grade. CVS once again jumped on the bandwagon a month late and we will never be Able to catch up. Whether it’s sales or employees, Carepasses, home delivery or even making budget. CVS hasn’t said thank you. Your pandemic bonus is their c-ap attempt at making u feel needed. When a 100 other companies had already given bonuses or hourly increases. Do u see a commercial thanking us for busting our a$&es for the last few months? Did you get a thank you note from a CEO. We are the last to get PPE, last to get shields, last to implement a cleaning protocol. Now you will never make sales, ur MCP is in the tank and ur customers are complaining about toilet tissue. You are set up to fail and if ur successful during all of this then kudos to you. Tourist stores are screwed and high profit city stores will never recover. CVS doesn’t care about its customers or its employees But I really hope you all get your “pandemic bonus”.

Wow! I hope you had a tissue with you when you wrote this. This is a new time for everyone, retail, restaurants, banks, etc. no one planned for this or prepared for this, ever. There is really no reason to act like a lil cry baby. The company did what it was suppose to to do in pets of the company apparently. I got plenty of PPE( had about 30 boxes of facemask before they told us to start changing them daily, no I have about 100 pks), got the shields about a week after they told us we’re getting them. But we had tables up so really we were never that close to customers anyway. Never ran out of cleaning supplies. So I really think some areas around the country had issues but not all stores were like that. So instead of crying about your feelings you should of did something about it. I would’ve been happy to send you what ever you needed when you thought it wasn’t enough. PS your DL s—s a– if he let you get to this breaking point.
