I encourage everyone to seriously consider taking this new offer. Every time is getting worse and worse. I bet there will be a point where this low level management will ask employees to fight for survival, not calling on Ted Cruz and Trump but naming their own salary reductions! It is clear Oxy is Innovating! VH doesn't live up to her cultural trait value: accountability! She does it to “We do what others Can’t” who else in this industry would do this to their employees. I guess, after all “We are Oxy” what a shame we became.

I am going to ask for 16 to 18 months!
Getting rid of the Friday off may actually become a reality. Now with fewer drivers on the road there will be less of a traffic problem.
I remember the first day I made a complaint when I started with this company. I remember those words like if it were yesterday, "welcome to Oxy" ...
So to all of you not getting any answers, welcome to Oxy : )
If they could be a little more transparent on a few things it would help. Like when can we expect to get or salaries back, if and when are they cutting the 401k and retirement plans, and what else are they taking away like maybe every other Friday off. Also, maybe it will make things a little easier when you get your date to return to the office. We should know that next week. A lot of people might not want to go back because of being around so many people and the possibility of exposure. If you are older or in not so good health there is a good chance covid could k–l you, and you won't need a job when your dead.
