If you completed the employee survey honestly this year and your sites scores are low management feels your not worth investment due to lack of engagement. It appears management is not looking for your honest opinion.

It's happening now. The manager survey is due this week and the pleading, nagging reminders are coming in left & right!
"I know I've been a sh—bag manager to you, and I'll go back to being a sh—bag manager next week, but this week I'm being really nice, so please give me good marks because I'm not skilled enough to go find a real job!"
When I was an employee I found the management surveys to be beyond comical. If the manager got bad scores, they kept bringing it up at the weekly meeting, so the only way to put it to rest was to give them good scores. Crazy.
Now There’s a surprise!
