With Ford making Ventilators, poor quality will result in death. I’m sure this won’t end well
Recalls never stop for any company that manufactures things. While automation and robotics greatly reduces assembly line errors, if the product was designed incorrectly, or if the material that the company is supplied and doesn't make organically is substandard or faulty, even the best assembler or machine won't be able to prevent making a defective product.
QA during and at the end of assembly is important, but quality must be designed in from the start.
Thanks for sharing this - not good indeed
