I’ve heard from some merchandisers who are experiencing symptoms that mangers are not even returning phone calls! Not a single PPE device of any kind has been provided to any employees! No wonder they are hiring, everyone is either sick or quitting before they get sick!
That $2 bonus, you only get is you are “still employed” with the company in mid May. Hahaha! They are counting on it paying those bonuses out, people are quitting in droves!

Management at Mondelez is the absolute worst! If you want a job where you are treated like dirt, unappreciated, underpaid, and overworked......look no further!! Mondelez is for you!!

I bought my own mask. Mgmt told me i cant wear it. Itll upset store mgrs and customers. I gave them 2 options: i wear it or i dont work.

Mondelez doesn’t care about its employees, unless they are on the “fast track”! Anyone else just fills a void and has not a chance to get promoted, and will be c-apped on!
Mondelez discriminates; women, people of color, and the list goes on! GS is so blatant and deliberate with his discriminatory actions! Skippy is a puppet with no brains, and sadly enough they control every move of the DM’s and RMS’s. Mondelez brings out the worst in people, and it starts with management!
Get out and you’ll see just exactly how toxic it is! The grass is so much greener......
Keep sharing these comments on social media. Mondelez has an employee moral task force. If enough of these comments gain more publicity we can get some real change going.
Sorry to hear that, it’s gonna happen and happen more often. Even more sorry to hear that Mondelez hasn’t provided its employees ANY protection!! Talk about reacting late! So they are working employees upwards of 50-60 hours a week, with no protection? Prepare yourself to be sick! It’s a no brainer!!

Worst place to work, hands down! My merchandisers is “afraid of getting shot” at WM, so management doesn’t schedule them for a WM store. Let’s all try that, and when your RMS laughs, tell them it’s discriminatory to allow it for one and not for all!! 🤣 CC the HR manager! Great Lakes is where this is occurring! Pathetic! Of that lady is so afraid she ought to find a job that doesn’t require it! How about that? Called common sense! Too bad management doesn’t see that!
