Told over text that corporate won't reduce store hours because they don't want to impact the pay for staff pharmacists. Is this true? Barely enough staff to keep the doors open. 75% of the staff is on LOA. This "accelerated" hiring...another publicity stunt (read the fine print when you hire) but dropping of the ball once it's put into play. Have a great attorney who's getting all this info and checking this page out daily as well as our other social media pages. Oh and just got my masks yesterday...yaay! Only 2 weeks late...Haven't seen my regional or district leader...you had time to pop in every damn week and harass me about trivial things.. now what? And if you're going to comment, don't give me this "you're lucky to have a job bullsh*t." There's a lot of companies NOT in healthcare doing a lot more to protect their employees.

Is there anything cvs rolls out that isn’t as promised lmao
Accelerated hiring is a joke. There is absolutly nothing "accelerated" about it!
pharmacy (pr-scrip-ions) business is responsible for 70% of total store revenues. I do not know how may CVS locations will be able to stay open if Pr-scrip-ions were being filled at that particular locations. In many cases (majority) , CVS would have to close that location if Pharmacy (pr-scrip-ion) department were to close. Until just a few years ago my Pr-scrip-ion department was open for 87 hours a week, now 69. If corporates are considering reducing RX operations hours even more, it will have very substantial negative impact on CVS Health profitability as Rx department drives, directs and delivers revenue for other subsidiary and departments of CVS Health.
I can not imagine how CVS front store will be able to stay in business against Walmart, Grocery Chain were it not for convenience factor (even with much higher prices) that Pr-scrip-ion department draws customers in store and help cross sell non pharmacy only items. In most cases, customers and patients relate, recognize and trust pharmacy staff more than Front Store staff. In my store alone, we are being led by 4th store manager in last 6 month. It has created unbelievable amount of uncertainty and confusion among staff and long time customer alone.
My store was so hot yesterday i store supplied a thermacare patch and put it over the hvac sensor in the back of the store!
Are any stores being allowed more then 2 supposed to be “disposable daily” face masks a week? That is all that we are allowed which means wearing the same gross mask for 3 sometimes 10-12 hour days before being allowed another one to wear 2-3 more days! It’s very warm in my store and everyone is sweating into these masks making them actually attract more bacteria- so unsanitary!
I'm sure we all would...but wait they're at home
If you hate it that much go find something else Mr. Negative Doomsdayer!
It tough enough right now without people like you spewing b—s— they wouldn’t have the “BALLS” to say to anyone from corporate’s face!
Why don’t you spend your energy on things you can control like you and your fellow workers.
"Knock, knock," hear that? It's unions!
