When I called Macy’s stores in Commack Boudler and Harrisburg the recorder said I could not be connected two of these stores had been announced for summer closure is Boulder going to close as well. Any others out there. It’s possible company may close without liquaditon sale at these locations.

I worked at Commack. It is a beautiful store. We were a beautiful family and I will never forget my time at Commack.

I've heard that they will be expediting closures of the Neighborhood locations. Cash on hand will be so tight that they will not be able to fill 500 stores with fall merchandise. And liquidation alone of the 96 locations will add to cash flow. But, I doubt the phones have been turned off. You still need them to operate the locations until permanent closure.
They also could just be closed due to COVID-19.
Clear indicator those stores will not reopen, Disconnecting the phones is the easiest first step to disappearing.
