Mark taking a pay cut from 1.2 to 800k isn't anywhere near enough of what it should be. Other CEOs are taking much bigger (and more appropriate)c cuts. Also the Board is only taking a 30% cut this quarter? Get real.
Finally, the scariest part of the press release that the comapny will covers benefits "Until further notice". Maybe 2 weeks, maybe 3, maybe 4 days?
Also Mark sold $628k worth of stock yesterday? 146k shares? way to support the stock price by doing this massive dump. Concerned about our future stock price, hence the sale?
