Would be mismanagement to give 30% and get 0% back. They’re just trying to make you happy and give what you asked for. Better management. Be careful what you wish for.
That’ll happen when lance gives up his salary, or when they stop screwing up this company with the failure that is PSR/Unified 2020 plan. You have a better chance of catching the virus at this point then seeing this company give anyone more money for willingly risking their health at this point.
