Alright so first off they as in district leadership tell branch managers to go outside and guide traffic; corporate properties even ordered extra traffic cones and reflective vests to aide with this activity. Then an email is sent from corporate strictly prohibiting team members from walking through traffic and guiding customers. Why are the lobbies still open? Customers are not respecting social/physical distancing literally getting in the face of bankers/managers when they are asking what their business needs are. When are we going to go drive-thru only and no inside transactions. Anybody else in branch banking dealing with this?
