Find the thread “To no ones surprise...” and Post ID: @4yze+14fa4XRk. It’s the best yet description of what has gone wrong with XRX since Icahn began running the show. Some will point out UB or others long ago had a hand in the company demise. That’s arguable, but that post nails it. Bravo.

Re: last comment: Yes, but the longer you sit around the more likely you are to be laid off. I can tell you one thing-once that happens you have a stigma attached to you. It doesn’t matter how stellar your performance or recommendations are-those are discounted and often you won’t even see first interviews. I encourage everyone to see this reality, as well as the reality that layoffs are just around the corner.
Job hunting right now is a disaster. People saying “leave now” must be forgetting the millions of workers laid off because of COVID-19, trying to collect unemployment and/or find a job is nearly impossible.

So glad I left Zerox six months ago. COVID will finish it off. Hopefully takes Icahn down too..
