If NR was still here he would have addressed his entire organization by now. Only info we get from CCO is what inventory we have and what customers get prioritized. What about the associates who have been keeping the customers taken care of these past weeks and past years. 100 percent furlough for people that live paycheck to paycheck and VPs get 10 percent. CCO could not be more disconnected from the business or the people who actually do the heavy lifting for the company.

In our region Majority of TAMS, KAMS, BDEs and their RSDs furloughed 50%. Some TAMS, KAMS, BDEs Furloughed 100%.
What are these two divisions with such unprecedented growth?
SD and team are clearly the dumbest leaders in corporate America. They even furloughed employees at the two divisions that are delivering an unprecedented 50% growth in business amidst all this. Who does that? They are doing their best to deliberately destroy the business and the lives of people who actually know how to deliver growth despite the adversity. This will one day be a textbook case study in business stupidity, right up there with New Coke.
Did Staples furlough TAMS and KAMS like WB Mason?
Without sales management, most reps would work 20 percent of their time. 80/20 rule and not in the right direction. Playing golf or watching tv instead of seeing or talking to customers. Agree on the VP front. Too far from the customers and not close enough to the actual strategy that’s happening at the SVP and above level.
We won’t be coming back .. and I for one am happy about that. I only hope that when this nightmare is over I’ll be able to find a job someplace else

They don't care about you, they only care about themselves and Sycamore's bottom line. You are a means to the end. The only truly baffling part is why they think that Sales Management and the VPs are worth keeping?
