Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Covid, ORCL and staffing adjustments

What are the odds that Oracle will use the current crisis to accelerate their layoff plans? It just seems like the perfect cover. Who would doubt them?

They should get rid of the dead weight including top leadership.

Unfortunately, that won't happen, since the dead weight are in charge. They will lay off the people they are afraid of showing them up and keep the dummies who s— up to them.

They would have already done it by now if they needed to use COVID as an excuse.

I vote for HGBU & FBGBU! Hospitality and Food/Beverage organizations (Micros) have next to zero revenue during normal times, so how are they justifying keeping the same headcount when the whole hospitality industry has collapsed? Maybe this is the trigger to sell them to another unsuspecting company looking to acquire the customer base and get some of those billions back that were wasted on this bad investment.
