This company uses the good employees & keeps the trash on the payroll . Office politics at its best. I gave Weatherford loyalty & all I got in return was stress. They laid me off and I couldn’t be happier. Only stay if your apart of the good ole boy system, hard workers always get c-apped on & don’t hold your breathe about a promotion because it’s not coming.

Wft started going down when they started messing with the loyal workers. When worker doesn't care and has been screwed over they lose interest in the success of the ones screwing them.
Those pills are mdma. Little goes a long way (wink, wink)
Awesome the HR post, not seen an hr dept so. Useless in my w f life, what a bunch o' —!
Watch out EC. JM is after your job. (Only in his mind). Lol
Whoever posted the comment about Jeff in HR is brilliant and awesome! If I knew who you were, I’d buy you drinks. He’s a dictator who thinks he’s above everyone and probably because his wife wears the pants at home
I was with baker hughes before i got with wft. Ive already talked to my old buddies they have a spot for me. Be kind to those you meet on the way up they are the same ones you will see on the way down. Plus i have my own customers
Whoever posted the comment about HR is brilliant!
Don’t forget Jeff M and all the HR leaders brought in by Ellen who nobody knows what they do but seem to never go anywhere. Another set of mysteries, they lay everyone off but never do anything themselves. Now that’s talent! So I digress, I guess that’s what makes him “talent” because there is no development.
WTF yor talking about...
Funny how some have no morals or dignity. They would rather be sloped like a hog to get a pay check to pay a bill rather than be respected and appreciated for their contribution. Falsely fooling themselves that they have it figured out on how to avoid being noticed and surviving in a wicked world. Some of this c-ap remain ignorant and unfortunately will be left out. They neither Have salt to flavor others or make better nor do they have light to illuminate a room. They call themselves survivalist in a bad situation but are just coward rats hiding and hoping they can somehow just keep holding on until the end. Well rat you will be forced to abandon ship soon. It’s sinking and going down fast. Look around, you survived until the ship sunk but what you don’t see is that all the life rafts are occupied and there is no room for you. Now you will truly survive, in case your too stupid to understand it simply mean. You may survive until the company go under but in your dodgeball antics and so call slick maneuvering you didn’t see the economy fold and no jobs available for you either. What shall you do? I expect you then will begin to complain and I know we will hear of your continual whining of how everything is unfair. It will be a fitting end for insensitive people. To the person who started this topic, I wish you well and hope your able to find gainful employment. Those who are insensitive to others compassions are really weak but you mask it through humor and false security. You have no backbone and will stand for nothing but always The first in line when others have risked everything to get what you come to benefit from. Prepare your anus and buy plenty lube. They will eventually come for you. Enjoy! I hope it will go in deep and hard.
Hey Cmon Maaan, those buildings have happier employees. Data shows that WFT employees have a high rate of stress. I take a pill everyday, maybe two (wink, wink) a day. Keeps me mellow, it don’t let management bother me. I’m tired of seeing management walking on hard working employees. Work will be stronger, trump talked to puttin.
Take a drive through Houston, look at all of the big business buildings everywhere, downtown too. Now drive back home, crack open a beer and know this: The employees at all of those other buildings you saw earlier endure the same exact bullsht you are b–ching about at WFT. Office politics, shtty management, questionable decisions, nepotism etc. We all go through life dealing with it, collect stories to tell along the way, somehow we pay our bills and later on retire to see the cycle repeat itself generation after generation. Deal with it, or find a way to start your own enterprise and be your own boss.
Ahhhhhhh everybody needs to stay claim! I wonder how long we can stay afloat? I miss the old days, when you could trust in people. Know I lay low, if you don’t move the reaper can’t see you, there blind and don’t see movement.
How the hell do certain people like jim covington and his son keep their jobs? Jim has not provided a ounce of revenue for years. Just another one of Stulberg's b–ches. Hows life mike? Glad to see houston lost control of san antonio again. West texas management team actually does work rather than just managing up. Good luck one weatherford lol.
I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.
Cash it until they bounce.
Sorry for the nad grammar im drunk as a skunk on expense account
Try baker hugges. All the c-apila with none of the nepotism
It’s good to see you taking it so well. The company is so terrible yet you’re whining like a pre-pubescent girl after getting laid off by it? Maybe you weren’t that good? Maybe you could have tried harder? Maybe Weatherford is no different to any other service company? I appreciate self reflection clearly isn’t the first thing that comes during a pity party but if you ever want to do anything other than play the victim it may be worth thinking about? Good luck.
Stop Press, news just in, Weatherford a well known oilfield service company has been run using nepotism and recycling terrible managers, more to come at ten o clock. Meanwhile in the rest of the news, this morning the sun rose in the east and tonight will set in the west.
