2 out 3 of the main chief actuaries for general insurance will make you regret it if you voice something critical. This is common knowledge about the one that has been here longer than the other 2.

I have found that you cannot ever express to upper management that something isn't working. You have to say this is a great process, aig is the best, you are a great manager. Then you just wait for the wheels to fall off and the process will be changed in a few months.
This is why aig cannot turn this company around. No one wants to hear critical thinking and long term problem solving ideas. Don't shine a light on issues because most management doesn't want that light on them. You have to be positive and support failed processes and old school thinking even if you know it isn't going to work.
Its the same thing year after year, new ceo after new ceo. Just get out if you can when this crisis ends. There is nothing more that can be done and nothing more to say. Just get out if you can.
That’s the PZ way, tough times, but get out whenever you can!! Do what you can to get by till you can get out
Critical meaning that they are wrong
Stock price low, earning poor, people not happy. systems not good, no new business. Time to break up company.. Now Now Now
Also, they will voice opinions about things which they don't have a clue about.
