Let us not forget. BBB is a business. They will do anything to save and make money to benefit their bank account. As HR says do not take anything personally it is a business ! Just because many of you have been with this company for many years does not mean you are protected if anything it is the opposite. If you are making a decent salary then you will probably be one of the first to go to save them money on your salary and benefits. I am not being negative just stating facts.
