I am happy to be at 50%! I love Noble Energy and will do what it takes to help my company survive. I am still working all my hours just so I can better contribute to the wonderful company that believes in my like I believe in them.

The mailroom's staff also had their hours cut (and are being outsourced to a 3rd party company, with significant pay and benefit cuts). I think almost half of them have already quit and the rest are looking for jobs elsewhere. The janitorial staff had their hours cut, and several of the night crew were let go due to the reductions. So I'm not sure what your point was, but those 2 groups were certainly NOT left unaffected by this situation.

Anyone who’se doing all of their work in half the time and for half the price needs to think about what that says to the company.
I can guarantee you any of those 3 positions that you're talking about is NOT ok with the hours cut in half. If anyone is ok with this they're lying to their self. If there's anyone that's ok with making half sounds to me they were already making really good money.
This must be somebody in the mail room, a custodian or a new hire that is not involved with any of the managers here at Noble.
