CAMS should brace for major layoffs. Working from home is just about over. Got the word today that CAMs will be reduced by 50%. Stores will close in some heavily impacted markets. DMs will select reduced number of stores to stay open. GMs will be carried by surrounding locations or offered time off using vacation, sick, or unpaid. The executive team should take a reduction in pay. T.G. should take no salary or minimul during this time. We've been over paying for a while now. Remove the excess layer of leadership RVP or VPO. Reduce the head count on the PRO side. The VPP is absolutely an unnecessary position. Think about the headcount between DM vs CSM. VPPs start at 160k and VPOs are higher. We also need to shed all of these Pro Directors and reduce them to CSM Level. Even CSMs are close to 6 figures for Base salary. It's not hard to manage through these times if we remove these FAT CATs. Imagine the service levels inside the stores if we lost the dead weight. It's a fact jack!

That would be great to see! Get rid of errand boy/girl VPO and the CAMS that do sh– nothing. Get rid of corp positions that sit their fat asses all day and do nothing.
