Did anyone else notice the sudden appearance of new Leadership Forum members this week? They increased the size of the LF by about 10%. This happened after they took away our merit and froze promotions for the masses. But not for 21+. This way they can eliminate LF roles for those wanting to leave with 3 years severance and spin it to say they reduced the size of our executive staff. Ever wonder how the LF stays about the same size despite all the reductions and dispositions? The L48 operates less than 20% of the wells compared to 5 years ago. How stupid do they think we are?
Any updates on layoffs?
At what point do they shut in surmount. The argument that we put all that stem in the ground is getting old
There’s always enhanced severance. Stay tuned to see this up close for the ELT.
The count down is on....I would say July 1 2020 it will start and I would not think there will be any enhanced severance.
