Every employee doesn’t know that it isn’t working? Does that mean it is working in everyone’s mind but yours? Or do you not know what you wrote?
@3ptx at no point did you prove @3who wrong so are you agreeing with them? And yes most of the people in management positions started as agreement employees and they have shown they should have never gone past that point. Pretty sure almost every current agreement employee that’s actually working doesn’t think/knows PSR/Unified 2020 isn't working at all and is nothing but a scam.

@3who As difficult as it may be for you to grasp, there are people with qualifications matching their positions and their job titles (obviously not at UP though, and it shows).

Qualified leaders??????? Where because the people in the glass palace with the classes taken in a hotel conference room and diploma mill diplomas are far from leaders. All I see are people who only know the word yes and can’t have a thought of their own.
executives definitely get fired and if they don’t like their separation package or lack thereof they’ve been known to take UP to court and usually settle out of court.
Executives don't get "fired". They resign upon suggestion or request. If you see any exec/senior manager suddenly leave their position without an explanation, there's a good chance they were asked for their resignation. The details aren't discussed with the lower-caste workers for several reasons.
For UP, the problem is that there is nobody to replace qualified leaders. Companies like UP require a narrow set of skills and the people who have them are either sociopaths or hapless bumpkins who barely finished secondary school.
