Health Solutions is stifled by the leadership in Birmingham Alabama. Most of the leadership there has no modern technology knowledge or management people skills. They laid off the people with the modern skillsets and knowledge and kept the dinosaurs.

I hate to watch the decline of this company continue but it has been obvious that there have been many failures at the leadership level for over a decade. They treat customers poorly and their employees with even less respect. Everything is expected of you and they don’t even supply you with any training. If you do get training, it is at your own expense and on your own time. Even worse, there is absolutely no room for job growth or advancement.
Where has all of the work gone to ??? Claims and adjustments are running so low!!! Scary
How many companies has SS&C acquired and stripped them of all of their bank accounts and assets ? Looks like its a pattern of layoffs from the companies they acquire.

Yes, they laid off the wrong people. They laid off the progressive people with the more up to date skillsets and knowledge. Its like they purposely retained the overly aggressive outdated skillset people so the company would not progress forward as a modern technology company.
